Our pediatrician will provide ongoing care for patients, including monitoring growth and development and recording and administering vaccinations. We are looking for someone with the ability to communicate well with patients and families and build caring and trusting relationships. To apply, you must have completed a four-year degree as well as an additional four-year medical degree, a 3-8 year residency, and be certified through the American Board of Pediatricians.
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Work alongside our pediatricians to promote the health of our patients, conduct routine developmental screenings, teach and counsel families about healthcare needs, and provide health maintenance care including well-child exams and immunizations, as well as diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses. To be eligible for this position, you must have completed either a Master’s, post-Master’s, or doctoral degree with a concentration as a pediatric nurse practitioner, training and certification for PNP, or 1-2 years of previous experience. Patience, caring, and excellent communication skills are all a must to succeed in this role.
Work with patients to verify personal information, record medical history, and prepare them for examination. Conduct inventory and keep supplies ordered and stocked. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Excellent communication skills, organization, and confidentiality are important skills for this position.
