

Dr. Zilberman is a Pediatrician who practices in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is Board-Certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Dr. Zilberman earned his medical degree at Laval University School of Medicine, Canada in 1991. He completed his internship and residency in Pediatrics and Fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at McGill University and the Montreal Children's Hospital in Montreal, Canada. He completed the third year of his Fellowship training at the Children's Hospital of Western Ontario in London, Canada.
He has been certified by the American board of Pediatrics in General Pediatrics since 1995 and in Pediatric Emergency Medicine since 1998. From 1997 to 1999, he worked as an Emergency Pediatrician at the Children's Hospital of Western Ontario and from 1999 through 2010 he has worked as a Pediatric Emergency Physician at Sunrise Children's Hospital.
Dr. Zilberman is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics in General Pediatrics and in Pediatric Emergency Medicine and is Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He is also member of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
Dr. Zilberman has served for many years on various hospital committees, including the Pediatric Performance Improvement Committee and Trauma Committee. He is a volunteer clinical faculty at the University of Nevada School of Medicine and Assistant Professor at Touro University School of Medicine. He has taught Pediatric Residents and Medical Students. He is also an instructor in Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
Dr. Zilberman is fluent in Russian, French and Medical Spanish.


Michael Rosenman, MD joined Nevada Pediatric Specialists in December of 2009. He has been providing Pediatric services to the Southern Nevada community for the past fifteen years.
Dr. Rosenman earned his medical degree at the Minsk Medical Institute of Belarus. He completed his Pediatric Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center of San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Rosenman is a certified member of the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Rosenman is fluent in Russian.


Pamela Douglass is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner whose passion is serving children and families. She is devoted to improving the health of all children by practicing evidence-based medicine while collaborating with families to promote health and wellness.
Pam graduated with her Master’s degree in Nursing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2010 from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She gained knowledge and expertise in caring for children and their families by completing her Pediatric Nurse Practitioner residency at Sunrise Pediatric Emergency Department, Nevada Pediatric Specialists, and Kids Town Pediatrics. Her educational experiences have given her the knowledge and skill to provide wellness care as well as the ability to manage pediatric medical emergencies.
Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Pam earned her BS in Nursing as well as Post-Baccalaureate Certificate of Teaching from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has over five years of Pediatric Emergency Nursing experience. In 2010, she was awarded March of Dimes Southern Nevada Emergency Nurse of the Year.
Pam continues to serve as a mentor to both emergency nurses and nursing students. She is passionate about educating and empowering families and their children.
When Pam is not caring for children and their families, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and being outdoors with her husband.

Continuity of care is our top priority: nearly always your child will see the same pediatrician at every office visit.
After hours, a pediatrician is available to our patients for telephone consultation.
Our office is paperless since we store your child's chart in an Electronic Medical Record format. We are able to email prescriptions directly to your pharmacy so that they can be ready for you to pick up at your conveniece. This decreases your wait time at the drug store as well as the need to drop off a presription. The system also allows the pharmacy to contact us by secure email with refill requests.
We accept most insurance plans and are able to provide common procedures such as circumcisions and laceration repair in a comfortable and familiar office environment. Our scheduling is flexible and accommodates same-day appointments and walk-ins.
We provide service to our patients in the following languages: English, Spanish, Russian, and French.
